To exchange an item/s which you have already received please follow the following guidelines:

Exchange for different sizes
|1.||Please return the item/s back to us using the address on the invoice enclosed in your parcel.|
|2.||Please state on the bottom of the invoice the size of the replacement you require.|
|3.||When we receive the item/s to be exchanged, we will process them as soon as possible and send them out to you FREE OF CHARGE.|
Please note: As we run a fully live website if the size you require is temporarily out-of-st ock, we will contact you to discuss alternative options

Please return the item/s back to us using the address on the invoice enclosed in your parcel.
How to find the Product Code for your new item.
Select the item on the website you require and click the 'Add to Basket' button. This will bring up a shopping basket and will contain the Product Code for your new item, similiar to the example illustration below:
Please write this new Product Code on the bottom of the invoice to be returned to us with the product/s you wish to exchange. If the item you require is of lesser value we will refund the difference back to the card/account used in the original transaction.
Tip: Don't forget to click the 'Empty Basket' button after you have written down your new Product Code so you can return to your web browsing session.
If the item you require is of greater value, please state on the invoice that you "agree to the extra funds being debited from the card/account in the original transaction."

Returning items for a refund
Please note: The following guidelines must be adhered to to excercise the right to exchange/return items ordered from us:
|»||All returned items must be received by us within 10 days of receipt of your goods.|
|»||Returned items must be undamaged in their original packaging with all labels, tags, barcodes still attached.|
|»||All items must be returned unworn with no evidence of scented deodorants or aftershaves.|
|»||All items will be Q.C. checked on return.|
Please return your unwanted item/s back to us. On receipt, we will refund the cost of the item/s back to the card/account used in the original transaction.
The statutory rights of the consumer are not affected by the terms of our service.
|1.||Goods are not sold on a trial basis. Published prices, specifications and services are subject to change without notice, and do not include carriage unless explicitly stated. If you are paying by cheque or some other means, goods will not be despatched until f unds have been deposited into our account and cleared (we normally allow 5 working days for this).|
|2.||In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any products/services ordered. All products are sold subject to availability.|
|3.||To comply with certain manufacturers agreements and government regulations, Ace Collection Ltd. reserves the right to refuse to export certain products from the United Kingdom to some countries.|
|4.||Claims for damage, non-functionality and shortages must be made within 7 days of receipt of goods, otherwise standard warranty procedures apply. Ace Collection Ltd. is not responsible for ensuring safe delivery of a returned item.|
|5.||These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. Ace Collection Ltd. acknowledges all manufacturers trade marks and service marks used throughout this website.|
