Staff Training
Every season staff are expected to acquire and retain extensive knowledge regarding the product style and profile that they will be promoting. They are required to read as much literature in magazines such as FHM, GQ and ARENA to make themselves aware of the look/lifestyle currently in fashion. This is monitored closely within the staff training sessions and the monthly meetings that are held.
